I tried the card box system, the binder with tabs, the sticky notes. Nothing really worked until I had enough and decided to create my own system.
You see, I had information all over the place. Notes of my calls, emails sent, replies from emails, etc. How could I keep track of everything to do proper follow-up?
I decided to create an Excel document that would keep track of everything. Not only that, it would also tell me which lead source performs the most and where I should invest my time.
I could, at a glance, see who’s my next prospect to call, how many times I called, where they are in the process and everything that happened with this prospect.
Sometimes I would leave the house and forget my binder or notes at home. But not anymore… everything is synchronized with my cell phone. I can be in the mountain, on the lake, wherever I go I have my appointments with me and can update the information conveniently and easily make follow-up calls to my mlm prospects.
